2.2 Geographic Restrictions

Use of VPNs, proxy servers, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.

Certain provinces or municipalities within the Philippines may have additional restrictions on online gambling. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of ph647 Services complies with all applicable local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

2.3 Legal Capacity

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

ph647 accepts deposits through various payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers to major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and others), and over-the-counter payment centers. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are clearly displayed on our cashier page. There are no fees charged by ph647 for deposits, though your payment provider may impose transaction fees.

You must only deposit funds that belong to you and come from legitimate sources. ph647 strictly prohibits money laundering and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities. All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering checks.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours for verified accounts. First-time withdrawals require successful completion of KYC verification before processing. Subsequent withdrawals from verified accounts typically process faster.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Suspension

During suspension, you will not be able to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. We will notify you of the suspension and provide an opportunity to address the issue.

8.2 Termination by ph647

We reserve the right to terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if:

• Your account remains inactive for more than 12 months with a zero balance

8.3 Termination by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing, you must withdraw all funds from your account. After closure, any remaining balance will be forfeited after a 30-day grace period.

8.4 Inactive Accounts

If your account remains inactive (no login or gaming activity) for 12 consecutive months with a positive balance, an inactivity fee of ₱500 per month will be deducted from your balance. This fee continues monthly until the balance is exhausted or you reactivate your account.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ph647 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or expected winnings

• Emotional distress or psychological harm
• Damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account
• Technical failures, system downtime, or software malfunctions

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of ph647 Services shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

ph647 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of our Services. We are not responsible for delays, failures, or errors caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including internet service provider failures, server failures, power outages, or acts of God.

You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that you may lose money. ph647 is not responsible for your gambling losses or for any consequences resulting from your gambling activities.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of ph647 Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

10.2 Dispute Resolution Process

ph647 will review your complaint and respond within ten (10) business days. If the issue cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate to formal dispute resolution procedures.

10.3 Arbitration Agreement

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration rather than litigation in court. Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. or other mutually agreed arbitration body.

Arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

10.4 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with ph647 on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against ph647. Each party may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity.

10.5 Time Limit for Claims

Any claim or dispute arising from these Terms or your use of ph647 Services must be filed within one (1) year from the date the cause of action arose. Claims filed after this period are permanently barred.
